Lake Toba
Lake Toba is a volcanic lake which is actually the largest volcanic crater in the world, with an island in the middle of the island named Samosir.
Toba lake has an area of 1707 square km or more than two times the size of Singapore, formed from ancient volcanic massive eruptions, according to some research when climate was changing the world and bring the world into an ice age. Giant eruption nearly destroyed the human in this world. Relics can still be seen the eruption of the caldera in the world that is currently filled with water into Lake Toba. Naidoo is the caldera of the island that are not submerged in water, situated in the middle of Lake Toba and the center of the Batak culture.
Lake Toba is one of the popular tourist destination in Indonesia, so must this place really is not too crowded, making it perfect for those of you who want to relax.
